Beaumont HoneyBook Sales Funnel Smart File Set

This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Deanna Burks ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee"). By purchasing and downloading the digital product ("Product"), the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

License Grant: Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or internal business purposes only.

Restrictions: Licensee may not:

Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Product to any third party.

Use the Product in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the Licensor or any third party.

Alter, modify, or create derivative works of the Product without prior written consent from the Licensor.

Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Product remain with the Licensor. The Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights in the Product.

Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee fails to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in their possession.

Extended License: If the Licensee wishes to use the Product beyond the scope of this limited license, they may contact Licensor at hello@deannaburks.com to purchase an extended license.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Tennessee, Sumner County, where the Licensor operates.

By purchasing and downloading the Product, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
