We respect our fellow industry professionals and we’re honored to be considered to work with you on your project. We take the quality of our work very seriously, just like you and want to assure you that our number one goal is to focus on our commitment to excellence for every wedding.

WORKING WITH US

No. 1

Read through the information below and if you are interested in working with us, complete the form below. We will not make contact with your couple outside of your visibility. We won’t even initially get their contact information until you share with us. We don’t offer any services to your client unless you ask us to and we honor and respect our fellow industry members and their client relationships.

No. 2

After reviewing your request, if we decide we are a good fit for your client’s wedding we will request their contact information and send them a short questionnaire and copy you.

No.3

Once we receive their questionnaire, we will schedule a joint meeting with you via phone, FaceTime or in person to confirm the details.

No. 4

A proposal will be prepared and submitted to you and your client. They must approve and sign and make an initial 50% non-refundable deposit to save the date.

THE TECHNICAL details

We are an exclusive floral designer, which means that no one else may contribute any florals of any kind including but not limited to friends, the family of the wedding party, caterers, venues or any other person or company.

We require direct communication with the client regarding their preferences. This ensures that the client’s understanding of our process and what they can expect on their wedding day.

We communicate through Honeybook starting with you, then add your client to the conversation.

We require an initially estimated guest count to get started and a final guest count no later than 30 days from the wedding date.

We require a floor plan layout for the ceremony and reception.

Please provide load-in instructions for all locations.

We require a day of itinerary for the wedding day one week out.

We bill the client directly for any services and all contracts must be signed by them. We are happy to share a referral fee with you in the amount of 5%.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the wedding date. There’s a 48-hour grace period from the date and time of contract signing to cancel the contract and receive a full refund. After that grace period, no refunds will be given.

All invoices must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date.

We have a preferred minimum of $3500 for full wedding day flowers and $1500 for ceremony and bridal flowers only.
