Payment

For the agreed upon services listed on your payment receipt, the Client agrees to pay Deanna Burks Design the full non-refundable amount reflected on the payment invoice and receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable. 


Florals

Goods delivered are limited to the items listed on your payment receipt. We create florals with in-season blooms and greenery. We reserve the right to make floral substitutions. Vessels and candles are rentals for floral subscriptions and a la carte flower orders. Client agrees to pay the full replacement cost of vessels for damage by Client. 

Client agrees to keep florals hydrated and away from damaging heat and direct sunlight. We are not responsible for any damage to florals due to mishandling of items. We will not be held responsible for damage to surfaces caused by flowers or dripping wax. 

We use our best judgments and efforts to realize the Client’s color palette, preferences, and vision, and will provide all items as itemized on the attached receipt. We will use our professional discretion to make all final design choices.



Rentals

All rentals quoted apply to one-day rental unless the item is being shipped or mailed, in which case the item must be returned with proof of return the day after your event. Rental charges begin when the goods are received by Client and continue until such goods are returned to Deanna Burks Design

Items should be returned in the same condition as received. All flatware, glassware, server ware, and tableware must be washed thoroughly after use before return to Deanna Burks Design. Each Rental item has a replacement value. Linens lost, torn, burned, or soiled or those that cannot be cleaned and restored including but not limited to wine, candle wax, etc., are subject to a replacement fee at full price, in addition to the rental charge. Client agrees to be liable for any loss, theft, damage, breakage or other destruction of the Rentals. Client agrees to pay and additional amounts incurred by Consultant to replace or repair the damaged or destroyed item(s). Missing/stolen items are not considered damaged and will be billed to Client at full replacement cost including shipping and handling fees.
