WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Hendersonville, TN. However, we are not limited to weddings in Middle Tennessee and love to travel and work on destination weddings all over the world. We are very accustomed to working with couples all over the world.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure all services. This reserves the date for you. For florals, wedding planning, and design services we book one wedding per calendar day. The remainder of payments can be paid in installments and the balance is due one month prior to your event date. We do provide a 10% discount for planning, design, and floral services paid in advance when your wedding date is greater than six months away.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
Because we only book a small number of bespoke weddings each year, dates generally book between 6-12 months in advance for florals and up to two years in advance for comprehensive planning. The services we offer should be among the first you choose.
DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER?
Nearly all of our clients work with a full-service wedding planner. We believe that the planner is key to pulling all the details together and ensuring a beautiful, stress-free process and wedding day for the bride and groom. You may hire us for this service, or use your own. We do not require you to use all of our services and we welcome the opportunity to work with your planner.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?
Floral, design and full-service planning costs are highly variable depending on your preferences and needs. We like to prepare a quote for each individual couple's needs. Wedding Coordination is a flat fee starting at $800+ depending on duration (Month-Of, Week-Of, Day-Of). Our florals tend to be around 15-20% of the budget.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND OTHER VENDORS?
Absolutely! We work with wonderful talent and are happy to send you a list of recommendations and/or make introductions. Along with florals and venue, the planner and photographer make up the "big four" critical resources for your wedding.
We love to see vendors that share our vision and attention to aesthetic detail, however we are happy to work with your vendors as well.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
The process typically starts with an inquiry from you, after which there is a discussion by phone, in person, or by FaceTime with Deanna to help put together an initial proposal. Once a deposit is made and the date is on our calendar, we proceed with creating a timeline of important milestones and delivery dates of concepts, mockups, etc.
We create a visual proposal for every design, comprehensive, and floral project.
how many weddings do you do each year?
It depends on the services. We don't take on more than 5-10 comprehensive weddings each year. We typically do around 15-20 bespoke florals each year.
