This is an exciting time! You are about to take your business to the next level and I’m very happy to be a part of this process with you! Over the next few days, I’ll be gathering information from you. To be ready, I put together a short list of items that I’ll need. I’ll send you a questionnaire to provide this information, but you should go ahead and be prepared to find these items so we don’t slow down the process.
Do you have a current domain? If so, I’ll need to know where it’s registered so we can begin the transfer process if needed.
Social media account usernames or handles (FaceBook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Integrations like payment portals (Paypal, Stripe, etc.), scheduling like Calendly or Acuity, or code integrations like Salesforce or another CRM. We’ll discuss this more since it requires a little more knowledge.
Logo in a Photoshop or Illustrator file. Acceptable formats include .PSD, .AI., .EPS, .PNG, .PDF. I prefer an image with no background.
Any other images you would like to include on your site including headshots, branded imagery, portfolio images, product images.
Copy for the website in a .doc or .rtf file. You may also share a Google Docs link with me.
